Do I need a License or Skipper's Ticket?
No — you don’t need a licence or skipper’s ticket to ride with us. We are fully commercially licensed and council-approved to operate guided jet ski tours and hire. This means all rides are conducted under our supervision, allowing you to enjoy the experience safely and legally without needing any prior licensing.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes for after your ride. Sunglasses with a strap can also be handy on the water.
Don’t forget a valid photo ID for check-in, and a waterproof phone case if you’d like to capture the experience. Everything else you need for a safe and fun ride is provided by us! Our Jet Ski's also have dry storage compartments
Do you do corporate bookings or custom bookings?
Yes — we offer corporate bookings and fully customised experiences! Whether you’re planning a team-building day, birthday, bucks party, or a private group event, we can tailor a jet ski experience to suit your needs.

How old do I need to be and what's the age limit?
Riders must be at least 16 years old to drive a jet ski. Guests aged 16–17 can drive, however they must have a parent or guardian on the jet ski with them at all times.
Children aged 8–15 are welcome to join as passengers only, and must also be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Are we under supervision at all times?
Yes — all of our jet ski hires and tours are fully supervised by our experienced team. You’ll receive a full safety briefing before heading out, and our guides remain on the water to monitor and assist throughout your ride.
This ensures a safe, controlled, and enjoyable experience for everyone, even if it’s your first time on a jet ski.
Am I safe and covered with you guys?
Yes — your safety is our top priority. We operate under a strict safety management system, with clear procedures in place for any emergency. All riders are provided with the necessary safety gear and equipment, and every jet ski is fitted with a two-way radio so you’re always in contact with our team on the water.
We also hold the appropriate insurances to cover our operations. As part of the experience, all participants are required to sign a liability waiver, which outlines responsibility in cases of driver negligence.
Some Things To Remember Before You Book
Passenger's Aged 8-15 Must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian, Those aged 16/17 can operate the Ski with a parent/guardian as passenger
All Riders must submit and complete our waiver form, remember no skipper's ticket or experience is required!
Bring a spare change of clothes, your beach outfit, towels hats sunnies etc, we will provide all the safety gear
We are by appointment-only, at times we will not be present at our Dawesville Site
Online booking's require a card on hold, and those who call in to book may pay via Cash, All Riders must have a Driver's License
You cannot be under the influence or fatigued prior to when riding with Mandurah Jet Ski Hire
